Richard Finnell, an artist born in Lexington, Kentucky, and raised in Frankfort, calls Lexington home for the past 30 years. He discovered his passion for art at an early age. His journey into the realm of artistic expression commenced at the tender age of 10 through his initial public art institution class. At 13, he unveiled his first oil painting, setting the foundation for a lifelong dedication to perfecting his craft.

Finnell’s artistic prowess flourished over the years, culminating in a skillful mastery that remains unmatched. His artistic endeavors led him to paint in the vibrant streets of Lexington during festivals, captivating audiences with his creativity and talent.
